The helpfulness of the staff, exemplified by Victoria, went above and beyond, arranging everything from a barbecue to gritting the nearby slope for easier access. The convenient location near restaurants and shops, along with the option to indulge in a sauna session right in the building, added extra value to our stay, making Zlata Hotel a standout choice for anyone seeking a delightful and accommodating getaway.
